"We’ve known Christy for 20+ years, and her value, integrity, and real estate expertise are second to none. Navigating repairs and selling our house in Newberry while transitioning to our new home felt like a daunting task, but Christy took the stress out of it completely. Her reliable subcontractor referrals and guidance every step of the way were invaluable. We’re so grateful to have an expert in our corner!"

"Working with Christy is fantastic. She bends over backwards for her sellers. This makes my job much easier. I am able to deliver an excellent product because she worked with the seller to have a clean, staged home with "Curb Appeal". TJ Morrissey - Gator Creative Studio"

We're are so incredibly thankful for Christy and all the hard work and special attention she paid on the process of our new home.

We can't thank her enough...

We had such a great experience working with Christy as our realtor! She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely looked out for our best interests. She gave us great recommendations and connected us with people who helped make the process go as smoothly as possible. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated having someone so knowledgeable and supportive in our corner. We’re so thankful for Christy and would absolutely recommend her! Cassie and Chase Jones

Christy Hart has my highest recommendation as a realtor. She took on the listing for my brother’s house in September 2025, and recommended and oversaw all the work that needed to be done to prepare it for sale. My friend and I will never forget our first meeting with Christy last fall, when she didn’t hesitate to help us find my brother’s cat hiding under a bed.  Choosing Christy was an easy decision and the best decision.
